Delete account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Fuel Radar app (developer — Nikolaev Stanislav Pavlovich) and what happens to your data after deletion. To delete your account and the associated data, send a request by email as described below.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion":

A request from the address linked to the account helps us make sure that it is really you who is requesting the deletion.

What is deleted and what is de-identified

When you delete your account:

The account is deactivated immediately — signing in to it becomes impossible.
Personal data (email, name, avatar, Yandex ID sign-in links, push tokens, device information) is deleted or de-identified within no later than 30 days.
Public content (price marks, comments, ratings) is de-identified: detached from your identity, with the author shown as a "Deleted user". The content itself is not deleted, so as not to compromise the shared price data.
Service logs, IP addresses, and technical identifiers are stored with restricted access for the period established by law — up to 6 months — after which they are automatically deleted.

Processing time

A deletion request is processed within up to 30 days of receipt. Details about data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy (sections 11 and 13).
