Terms of Use of the Fuel Radar app

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian-language version is the legally binding version; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Fuel Radar mobile app (the "App"). The rights holder and operator of the App is the individual Nikolaev Stanislav Pavlovich (the "We", the "Administration").

By installing, opening, or using the App, you (the "User") confirm that you have read the Agreement and accept it in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Terms

2. Subject of the Agreement

The App provides the User with access to a community-driven (crowdsourced) map of fuel prices at gas stations, as well as to related features (search, favorites, the regional "Situation", news, notifications). The core value of the App is created by the Users themselves, who enter and update price data. The App is provided free of charge; certain features may be accompanied by the display of advertising.

3. Account and access

4. User content

The User enters Content independently and at their own responsibility, and warrants that it is accurate, does not infringe the rights of third parties, and complies with the requirements of the law.

5. Rules of conduct

The following is prohibited:

6. Nature of the price data and disclaimer of warranties as to its accuracy

Important. Prices and other information about gas stations are formed by Users and are of an exclusively informational, reference nature. They do not constitute a public offer, a commercial proposal, or a guarantee on the part of the Administration or the owners of the gas stations.

The data may be inaccurate, outdated, or erroneous. The actual price, availability, and quality of fuel are determined only at the gas station itself. Before fueling up, check the current price on site. The Administration is not a seller of fuel, is not affiliated with the owners of the gas stations, and bears no responsibility for decisions made by the User on the basis of data from the App.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, program code, trademarks, and other elements belong to the Administration and are protected by law. Use is possible only within the functionality of the App. Certain data is provided by third-party projects on their own terms (including OpenStreetMap — ODbL, GeoNames — CC BY 4.0); the corresponding attributions are provided in the "About the app" section.

8. Advertising and third-party services

The App may display advertising and links to third-party resources. The Administration does not control the content of third-party services and is not responsible for them. The User interacts with advertisers and third-party services at their own risk. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation, that the App will meet the User's expectations, or the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or other adverse consequences arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the App, or with reliance on data from it.

11. Suspension and termination of access

The Administration has the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the User's access to the App (in whole or in part) in the event of a violation of the Agreement or the requirements of the law. The User has the right to stop using the App and delete their account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Changes

The Administration has the right to change the Agreement and the functionality of the App. The current version is always available in the App. Continued use after changes means agreement with the new version.

13. Applicable law and disputes

The law of the Russian Federation applies to the Agreement. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

14. Contacts
